Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, etc.). Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT / digital solutions. Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the technical team for solution design and project estimation. Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Maintain regular reports on lead generation, conversion, and sales activities. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
