Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growth team. As a BDA, you’ll play a key role in acquiring new users, identifying partnership opportunities, and scaling our customer base across India and globally. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through outbound outreach, social media, and networking. Pitch about our platform and offerings to potential clients (freelancers, small business owners, agencies, etc.). Onboard and educate customers on how to use the our platform effectively. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and improve offerings. Monitor sales metrics and report performance regularly. Attend webinars, workshops, or virtual events to promote our brand. Requirements Basic Knowledge of Computer or Mobile. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Bangla, Hindi & English). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven. Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of digital products and SaaS platforms. Knowledge of website building or digital marketing is a plus.
