Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our Nagpur team. The role involves interacting with parents, understanding their child’s learning needs, and guiding them to choose the right courses. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about the field of education.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential parents through calls, WhatsApp, or video interactions.
• Explain course details, benefits, and structure to parents in a clear and engaging way.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Work collaboratively with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in handling calls and guiding parents.
• Target-driven mindset with good organizational skills.
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, or EdTech will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

• 6 days working per week.
