🔹 Job Description — Business Development Executive 🔹We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new business and foster strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new clients and grow our customer base Develop strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs Communicate product or service value propositions effectively Follow up on leads Provide inputs to aid strategic business decisions For 3 months of the year, perform telecalling and direct marketing initiatives; for the rest of the year, follow a standard business-development workflow Key Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to handle rejection and pursue opportunities with persistence Collaborative and adaptable, eager to learn and grow
