Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and market segments. Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Present and promote products/services to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and meetings when required. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Willingness to travel when required.
