Business Development Executive – Sales

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Business Development Executive for a voice-based sales process. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and capable of engaging clients over the phone to promote our services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our products/services.
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using clear and compelling communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and close sales in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for better outreach.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi (English proficiency is a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or voice process is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,005.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Domestic voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Required)
