Sam Media Agency is a creative and digital marketing firm focused on delivering impactful branding, advertising, and online marketing solutions that drive growth and engagement for clients across diverse industries. Job Summary[ The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients, business opportunities, and market trends to expand the company’s reach. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Pitch company services, prepare business proposals, and conduct client meetings or presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies for lead generation and conversion. Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools and prepare regular reports on business performance. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets. Attend networking events, client meetings, or institutional visits as needed. Maintain a deep understanding of company services (education/training programs for Mastermind Gurukul and digital/creative services for Sam Media Agency). Contribute to planning and execution of promotional campaigns or partnership initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals. Strategic thinking with problem-solving capability. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. Educational Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
