Job Description – Sales & Business Development Executive (Exhibitions & Sponsorships)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting and selling exhibition space, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects through research, data mining, cold calling, and B2B meetings.
• Handle inquiries from exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
• Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
• Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure successful execution of exhibitions and events.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and success of sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in exhibitions, events, or B2B sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and convert leads into business.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• sales exhibiton industry: 2 years (Preferred)
