Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to travel locally, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Must possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings. Strong fluency in English (and additional languages are a plus). Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
