Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone calls, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative assistance. Additional tasks may include handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with clerical duties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent Clerical Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred
