Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills , a passion for customer interaction , and experience in lead generation . A valid driving license is required for occasional client visits or field-related tasks. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers Explain products/services clearly and persuasively Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team Maintain call records and update CRM regularly Schedule appointments or follow-ups for field staff Visit nearby clients if required (with company support) Requirements: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.) Must have a valid driving license Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
