Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in telecalling / outbound calling
Salary: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities:

Make 500+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients/customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Maintain excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage customers effectively.
Follow up on leads and ensure proper closing of calls as per the targets.
Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and energy throughout the calling hours.
Work closely with the sales/operations team to support business growth.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (or required languages).
Strong experience in telecalling (minimum 1 year preferred).
Ability to handle high-volume calling (500+ calls daily).
Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
