Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Jalandhar. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families to provide accurate details about courses and programs. Key tasks include handling inquiries, providing information through phone calls and emails, maintaining records of interactions, and following up on leads. The role requires effective communication to build strong relationships and contribute to admissions efforts.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling inquiries and providing information via phone calls and emails
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage leads efficiently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
Customer service skills and ability to build rapport with prospective students
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other regional languages is an advantage
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus
