Role Overview-

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Executive-Business & Growth with a solid background in Public Relations to support our growth efforts. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the PR industry, with strong knowledge of media relations, client acquisition, and market research. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth by pitching PR solutions that deliver measurable impact

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead Generation & Outreach
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in target industries
• Proactively reach out via email, LinkedIn, events, and networking channels
• Proposal & Pitch Development
• Collaborate with the PR and strategy teams to create customized proposals and pitch decks
• Present agency credentials and relevant case studies to potential clients
• Client Engagement
• Schedule and participate in discovery calls, understanding client objectives and pain points
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and present strategic PR solutions
• Market Research & Insights
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging sectors relevant to PR
• Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and conversion statuses
• Reporting & Pipeline Management
• Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets and provide weekly status reports to management
• Track performance against targets and KPIs

Candidate Profile-

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant BD experience in PR, media, communications in agencies
• Education: Graduate in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or Business, MBA is a plus
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the PR/media landscape and service offerings
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable working with targets and tight timelines
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
