Pavaman Aviation Private Limited is a DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Training
Organization (RPTO) specializing in drone pilot training and aviation solutions. We are
looking for an energetic and proactive MBA to join our Business Development team.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business
development within the growing drone industry.
* Identify and engage with potential clients, including drone manufacturers,
agricultural organizations, and educational institutions.
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns and outreach programs across
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
* Assisting lead generation, cold calling, and follow-ups to develop business
opportunities.
* Work with the marketing and sales team to develop strategies for business
growth.
* Maintain and update client interactions, partnerships, and business activities.
* Contribute to documentation and reporting of business development efforts.
* MBA (Marketing / Business Development preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Prompt, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Fluency in English, Telugu, or Hindi is an advantage.
* Hands-on experience in the aviation and drone industry.
