Job Title: Business Development Executive (2 Years Experience) Location: Onsite Experience Required: 2+ Years Industry: Technology / IT Services / SaaS Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong technology background and proven experience in lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a solid understanding of IT products or services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls). Qualify prospects and set up meetings or demos for the sales team. Understand client needs and effectively communicate our technical solutions. Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies. Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT feild 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in a tech company). Excellent spoken and written English. Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, or SaaS products. Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Prior experience in B2B sales or IT consulting. Familiarity with international markets (US, UK, or EU). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,567.65 - ₹43,767.40 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
