Desktop Publishing (DTP) Responsibilities:Design and format documents, reports, brochures, posters, forms, and other materials using publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, CorelDraw, MS Word). Ensure high-quality layout, alignment, fonts, color scheme, and branding consistency. Edit and proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and layout consistency. Prepare printable and digital files (PDFs, etc.) and coordinate with printing vendors if needed. Work with content writers, graphic designers, and clients to deliver final documents as per requirement. · Data Entry Responsibilities:Accurately input data from physical or digital sources into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems.
