Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Apna Timetech Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) Short JD: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join Apna Timetech’s Gurgaon team. The BDE will drive new client acquisition, build relationships across target segments, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and field visits. Present Apna Timetech solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals. Maintain and update CRM; track pipeline and sales metrics. Coordinate with marketing, product and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Attend client meetings and represent the company at local events. Requirements: Graduate; 1–3 years’ experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development (SaaS/tech preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, self-starter with good networking skills in Gurgaon/NCR. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office. Willingness to travel locally.
