Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a passion for business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized business solutions.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track sales performance and report insights to the management team.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, with 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition experience in hospitality Services, Manpower services, staffing services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
