Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferably in civil or steel structure projects)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)

Job Summary:

A Business Development Executive with a civil/mechanical engineering background will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market reach for the company’s civil and infrastructure projects. The role involves technical understanding of construction processes combined with sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop strategic plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, government bodies, and developers.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company services.
• Track project leads via portals, publications, and industry networks.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into orders.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
