Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Bending Machine Programmer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC press brakes to accurately bend sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and part specifications. Create accurate CNC bending programs using appropriate software. Select correct tooling, calculate bend allowances, and define bend sequences. Set up and operate CNC bending machines (press brakes). Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of bent components. Collaborate with design, laser cutting, and fabrication teams for smooth workflow. Troubleshoot issues with programs or machine settings to maintain productivity. Maintain tools, dies, and machine cleanliness to ensure consistent output. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience programming and operating CNC press brakes. Ability to work with different materials (MS, SS, SPCC, aluminum, etc.). Familiarity with bend simulation software is a plus (e.g., AutoPOL, RADAN, or similar). Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and tolerances.
