Job Title: CNC Bending Machine Operator Company: Laser Zone Location: [Insert Location] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years preferred Job Summary: Laser Zone is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Bending Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal components as per drawings and production requirements. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders Set up CNC bending machines (tooling, back gauge, program selection) Operate press brake to form metal sheets (MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.) Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy using measuring tools Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of machine Coordinate with programmers and quality team to resolve issues Maintain safety, quality, and production standards Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Fabrication trades preferred 2+ years of experience operating CNC press brake machines Knowledge of tooling setup and bend allowance calculations Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, scale, protractor) Familiarity with various materials and bending tolerances Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting Preferred Skills: Experience with Amada, Trumpf, or similar machines Exposure to fabrication processes like welding, cutting, and assembly Team player with a quality-first mindset What We Offer: Competitive salary based on skills and experience Opportunity to work on diverse and high-precision projects Supportive team and learning environment Career growth within a fast-evolving fabrication company Application Form (Please fill completely for initial screening process) https://forms.gle/oN6pTY74CUcJCpWM7 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,670.05 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
