We are currently looking for young, energetic, and highly motivated Business Development Executives who can drive results and take complete ownership of their role. Position: Business Development Executive Location: [Bengaluru / Remote, if applicable] Job Type: Full-Time (Startup Culture – Flexibility Required) Industry: B2B Sales Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads. Actively follow up on leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Take complete ownership of the sales funnel — from outreach to closure. Conduct client meetings (physical/virtual) and presentations confidently. Collaborate closely with internal teams for delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain detailed reports and tracking sheets of follow-ups, calls, and meetings. Who Should Apply?
