Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Role Key Responsibilities: Franchise Center Visits: Visit assigned franchise centers on a daily basis. Monitor and ensure that all centers are following company guidelines, branding, and operational standards. Identify areas for improvement and provide support to enhance overall center performance. Standards & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct routine checks to ensure franchisees adhere to company policies and procedures. Report any deviations to management and assist centers in implementing corrective actions. Lead Management & Meeting Coordination: Call potential leads provided by the company. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present the company’s offerings. Schedule appointments or meetings for further discussion or enrollment processes. Admission Support: Assist franchise partners in the admission process of children. Ensure accurate documentation and guide franchise staff in completing enrollment procedures as per company norms. Support in explaining program offerings and benefits to parents.
