Job Description

Position: Outbound Calling Sales / Telecalling ExecutiveJob Type-Full-Time[Exclusively for Hindi-speaking Freshers & Experienced candidates] Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to the provided contact list and speak to the designated contact person. Follow the approved script to clearly communicate the purpose of the call and explain the benefits of the product/service. If the call is transferred to the concerned person, re-explain the offering in a clear and professional manner. Once the customer shows interest, guide them through the registration or sales process over the call. If required, send the necessary email to the customer using the email ID confirmed during the call. Conduct follow-ups to ensure the registration, signup, or product purchase is completed successfully. Maintain accurate records of all calls, responses, and follow-up dates in the provided template. Share updated reports with the client/team on a timely basis. For RNR (Ringing & Not Responding) customers, make up to 3 follow-up attempts before closing the lead. Manage leads efficiently and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Provide a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or inside sales. Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach. Ability to explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries. Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate data. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, WhatsApp, CRM/sheets, and other relevant platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently.
