Job Summary:

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and presentations
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• For Freshers: Excellent English communication skills, strong interest in IT sales, willingness to learn, and basic knowledge of IT services
• For Experienced Roles (1+ Years): Proven experience in IT sales/business development with lead generation and closing skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms (preferred for experienced roles)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications for Experienced:

• Experience acquiring international clients
• Knowledge of web development, UI/UX design, digital marketing
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Existing client network in the IT sector
