Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets for our training programs and certification courses.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments for training programs

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual candidates
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure conversion

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Represent IPCS Global at industry events, seminars, and career fairs
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads
  • Utilize social media platforms for professional networking and lead generation

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with training delivery team for smooth program execution
  • Provide market feedback to the management team

Requirements:Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in education/training industry
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of IT/technology training domains is a plus
