Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title:

Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online research, and networking
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads

Client Handling

• Develop and manage strong client relationships
• Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales process

Pitching & Proposals

• Present and explain company services to prospective clients via calls, emails, or meetings
• Prepare and share customized proposals based on client needs

Market & Competitor Research

• Stay updated with industry trends and new market opportunities
• Research competitor offerings to improve our service portfolio

Team Coordination

• Collaborate with design and technical teams to assess project feasibility
• Provide input on pricing and delivery timelines as per client expectations

Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Experience

• 0–2 years in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT services)

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to grasp and explain basic technical concepts
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred (Good to Have):

✔ Experience working in startups or small IT service companies
✔Basic understanding of services like AI/ML, Web Development, or UI/UX Design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
