Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales and build strong customer relationships across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned location.
• Visit clients/customers to explain and promote company products/services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and end customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for timely delivery and support.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions if required.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, Graduation preferred.
• Proven experience in field sales or freshers with strong sales interest.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel locally (bike/scooter preferred).
• Knowledge of the local area and customer behavior is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
