Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: o Identify and onboard new B2B clients (wholesale buyers/sellers) for B2B Spot. o Cold-calling, field visits, and networking to expand the customer base. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth: o Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting B2B Spot’s subscription plans. o Explain product benefits (verified suppliers, no hidden fees, global reach). 3. Client Relationship Management: o Provide demos, handle objections, and close deals. o Ensure post-sale support and upsell to existing clients. 4. Market Research: o Analyze competitor strategies (e.g., Indiamart, TradeKey). o Share feedback on customer needs and market trends. 5. Reporting: o Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
