We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in Trichy. This is a full-time role for a results-oriented professional with 1–3 years of preferred experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
• Sales Growth: Achieve set sales targets by negotiating and closing deals effectively. Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both potential and existing clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide strategic insights for market targeting.
• Coordination: Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain professional follow-ups, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and keep CRM records updated.
• Brand Building: Represent the company at industry events and support digital/offline brand initiatives.

• Knowledge: Good understanding of sales processes and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
