Job Description

As a Business Development Executive for an interior manufacturer, you will be responsible for leveraging your experience in handling interior or construction sales to drive business growth. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential as you will be promoting the business across India. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating new clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals. You will also be expected to seek new business opportunities through methods such as Cold Calling, Networking, social media, and digital marketing. Experience in capturing high volume interior projects and working closely with Interiors and Architects will be crucial for success in this role. Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi are a must-have requirement. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience.
