Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Academic and Professional Courses Location: Near No. 1 Tolgate Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Program Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can develop strategies, and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to promote the company’s services. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
