Job Description

As a Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base in the US market through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with US-based clients. You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging in activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Additionally, you will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. Developing and executing strategic account plans for key prospects will also be a key aspect of your role. In terms of client relationship management, you will establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Understanding client business needs and providing tailored IT solutions will be crucial. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT services sales or B2B business development. Prior experience selling to US clients or working with a US-based company is a must. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience with complex B2B sales cycles are essential. From a technical perspective, you should have a strong understanding of software services, including AI, automation, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and cybersecurity. You should be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and be familiar with emerging technologies and digital transformation trends. Key competencies for this role include comfort with US time zones for meetings and client interactions, self-motivation, target-driven mindset, ability to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing abilities, proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, as well as cultural awareness and understanding of US business practices. This is a full-time, contractual/temporary position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday.,
