Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Male) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales (telesales or inside sales preferred) and a strong desire to contribute to our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Freshers and MBA (Marketing) candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through outbound calls and conduct product demos (virtual/in-person).
• Present and promote FERObill Software and other IT solutions to potential clients.
• Convince clients and effectively close sales deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Address client queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and performance.
• Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
• Develop a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
• Adapt sales scripts to customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably telesales); freshers and MBA (Marketing) candidates welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates from Kottayam district are highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel if required (for male candidates).
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi and Tamil are a plus).
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and professional in handling rejection.
• Team player with good time management skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle diverse personalities.
