Job Description As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at FairDebt Solution Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow the company's customer base. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our debt recovery services. Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies. Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and challenges. Skills and Qualifications Education: A degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business development strategies. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. MIS Reporting: Proficiency in creating and analyzing Management Information System (MIS) reports to track performance metrics and support decision-making. Location : HSR layout Sector 1, Bangalore
