As a Lead Generation and Qualification specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers and assess their needs and purchase potential. You will engage with prospects and existing clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, or other virtual platforms. It will be your duty to navigate the sales process from the initial contact to closing the deal successfully. Building and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to provide ongoing customer support and address any inquiries they may have. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services will also be part of your responsibilities. Meeting individual and team sales targets is essential to this role, and you will be required to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
