Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge(CCTV, FIRE ALARM ,AMC & SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM) and current expertise. Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with all sales activities and customer interactions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
