Position: Business Development Executive
Location: A 27D, 5th Floor, Sector 16, Noida, near Sector 16 Metro Station (Exit 4)

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Ground Role)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through fieldwork, networking, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct on-ground marketing activities, meetings, and presentations to promote services.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (1–3 years).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-ground activities.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
