Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Professional who will drive client acquisition, build relationships, and promote our services to small and medium-sized businesses. This role requires a proactive go-getter who understands how to position our cost-effective, reliable, and brand-building email & hosting solutions to decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients from startups, SMEs, and individual business owners. Explain and position our professional email, hosting, and bundled solutions. Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn, cold calls, and local business outreach. Nurture leads through follow-ups and relationship-building. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotions. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT solutions selling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & local language Ability to explain technical services in simple, benefit-driven language. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
