Business Development Executive (BDE)

Field Business Development Executive -We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with developers across Hyderabad and the surrounding region. Your primary objective will be to secure appointments with key decision-makers ("bosses") for our leadership team. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and research. Initiate contact and build relationships with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, site visits, networking events, and industry directories. Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for our senior management with key stakeholders (CEOs, Directors, Owners, etc.). Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system. Provide market feedback and insights to the sales and management teams. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry. Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and key developers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a robust pipeline of leads. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Proficiency in using CRM software.
