Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. As a key member of our business expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, service) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive presentation ability.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and solve client challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to take initiative.
