Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. This role demands strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services to target audiences.
  • Conduct Know Your Prospect (KYP) research and analysis to deeply understand potential clients.
  • Identify new sales leads and effectively pitch products/services.
  • Conduct competitor research and gather relevant market insights.
  • Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, social media outreach, and data mining.
  • Perform B2B and corporate sales, solution selling, and client engagement to close deals.
  • Conduct market research, create compelling presentations, and meet with prospective clients after successful lead generation.
  • Expand and maintain the prospect database within specified business sectors to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and target common business prospects and markets.
  • Identify prospects through media, referrals, cold calls, industry events, and other sources.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Distribute and publish digital and physical sales collateral as part of outreach and promotion efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify high-potential leads.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools related to data mining, CRM, and sales automation (preferred but not mandatory).
