It is expected that the candidate has basic knowledge of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru. They should possess a keen understanding of the market and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must have experience composing proposals/cover letters, interacting with clients, bidding, following up, gathering information, negotiating, and finalizing agreements. Having prior connections or an established bidding history will be beneficial. Developing new business relationships and engaging with clients to drive growth and success. Have a strong drive to succeed and set clear objectives.
