Job Title: Business Development Executive – Loans

Department: Loans (Business Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Vehicle Loan)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with sales exposure can also apply)
Location: As per company requirement
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth across multiple loan products including Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Vehicle Loans. The role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for loan products
  • Sell and promote BL, PL, HL, Mortgage, and Vehicle Loans to individual and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and DSAs
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
  • Collect, verify, and submit complete loan documentation for processing
  • Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and underwriting teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate MIS and customer data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services
  • Good knowledge of loan products and documentation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with strong closing abilities
  • Willingness to do field sales and customer visits
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in banks, NBFCs, DSAs, or fintech companies
  • Local market knowledge and existing customer base is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
