Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Enrollment

  • Generate leads and convert them into admissions
  • Counsel parents and students on curriculum, programs, and admission procedures
  • Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets

Business Development

  • Identify and develop partnerships with preschools, coaching centers, corporates, and community organizations
  • Plan and execute school promotion activities and outreach programs
  • Explore new growth opportunities and feeder channels

Marketing & Promotion

  • Coordinate school events, open houses, and admission campaigns
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
  • Represent the school at education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, education consultants, and partners
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / admission systems

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions and business development performance
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
