Key Responsibilities

🔹 End-to-End Business Development (Solo Ownership)

  • Identify, pursue, and close

    AI & Data Analytics consulting projects

    , including:
  • Data Analytics & BI (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Data Science & AI/ML solutions
  • Data Engineering & Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
  • Drive

    project-based consulting

    and

    resource deployment sales

    .
  • Own the complete sales cycle:
  • Lead generation
  • Client meetings & discovery
  • Proposal & pricing
  • Negotiation & closure

🔹 Client & Revenue Ownership

  • Build and manage

    direct client relationships

    without sales support.
  • Act as the single point of contact from

    first conversation to deal closure

    .
  • Ensure smooth transition to delivery teams post-closure.

🔹 Market Expansion

  • Leverage

    personal network and industry connects

    in

    USA, UK, and India

    .
  • Identify new accounts, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow a predictable sales pipeline independently.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of experience in

    B2B consulting sales

    for:
  • AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, or IT services
  • Proven track record as an Individual Contributor

    (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success closing

    international deals

    (USA/UK preferred).
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Consulting delivery models
  • Contract / Contract-to-Hire / Dedicated resource models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-maker engagement skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working without a team.
