Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. If you are someone who thrives on closing deals, building client relationships, and generating consistent revenue, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calls, and networking.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Use CRM and management tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle cold calls and convert leads into sales.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious to achieve targets.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: ₹8,000 per month
  • Performance Bonus: Attractive incentives based on sales performance (no cap on earnings)
