Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as generating new business opportunities, driving lead generation activities, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. The Business Development Executive will work with the team to identify market trends and strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.Clearly explain the company’s products/services and value proposition.Understand customer requirements and convince them to consider our offerings.Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion.Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and leads generated.

Requirements:

6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
