Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in B2B sales, SaaS and business development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and supporting the sales pipeline through outbound outreach efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, to connect with potential business clients.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
  • Draft compelling messages to generate interest in our product.
  • Set up calls or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Learn about our product and industry to effectively communicate our value proposition.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS products and the sales process.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence to reach out to new people.
  • Ability to research and understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email tools is a plus.
